Accessibility Statement

We strive to make our website intersportpilz.at accessible in accordance with the Disability Equality Act in its current version for the implementation of the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

In doing so, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2 were adhered to as far as possible.

1.  Creation of the accessibility statement

This statement was created on 12.06.2025.

The assessment of the website's compatibility with the BaFG (Disability Equality Act) was carried out in the form of a self-test according to WCAG 2.2.

Our website is constantly being improved. Usability and accessibility are very important to us.

If you encounter barriers on our website that hinder or restrict your use, please notify us at the following email address office@intersportpilz.at.

In this case, please briefly describe the problem and provide the URL of the affected website or document. We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.

2.   Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with the answers from the above-mentioned contact option, you can submit a complaint to the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form of the complaints office.

The FFG will examine the complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the existing deficiencies.
