Intersport Pilz: Future Days Schielleiten 2022
Our apprentices, trainers and shop managers came together at the Future Days in Schielleiten and worked together on the future of Intersport Pilz.
Our Future Stars (apprentices) arrived on Tuesday morning and immediately began with some activating team exercises. In the late afternoon, the shop managers, the management and our back office team joined them. The evening was rounded off with a performance by Ali Mahlodji on the topic of FUTURE IS NOW.
On the second day, our Future Stars worked together with the trainers and shop managers on internal topics. An event with such a constellation has not existed before. Many great results were achieved. After this intensive day, the shop managers and trainers started their journey home. Our Future Stars remained on site.
On the third day, the group was divided. All apprentices in the third year of apprenticeship received LAP training, the other apprentices went to Oberwart and used the day for mystery shopping. Conscious shopping sharpens the senses and brings many new insights. In the afternoon, they ended the day comfortably at Lake Stubenberg.
On the fourth and last day, the insights of the previous day were discussed together and consolidated through some exercises. After some great team building tasks, all Future Stars received a certificate for their participation and then started their journey home.
What did you like best about the Intersport Pilz FUTURE DAYS?
Jan (Future Star): I liked the mystery shopping the best. Conscious shopping is really exciting!
Max (BackOffice): I found the constellation of shop managers, apprentices and trainers super interesting. Many future-oriented ideas were created in this way.
Tara (Future Star): The collaboration with the shop managers and trainers was particularly exciting for me. Really cool!
Celina (Future Star): The LAP preparation was great and took away my fear of the exam. I also really enjoyed working with the shop managers.
Ramona (Trainer): I liked the constellation between apprentices, trainers and shop managers the best. The exchange between the generations was very interesting and insightful. We can also learn a lot from the young generation.
